Frequently asked
What does “AI time included” mean?
The CHF 60.– splits into CHF 40.– for platform access and CHF 20.– for AI access — a monthly allowance of assistant usage that covers typical daily work. If your team needs more — long meeting batches, large document generation — you add AI credits whenever you like: as an automatic reload or a one-time top-up, with a limit you set yourself. Credit costs go straight to the AI computing infrastructure, and daily spending caps keep everything predictable.
Where is my data hosted — and which AI models do you use?
The Cloud edition is hosted in Switzerland, in Infomaniak data centres — your data stays in the country, under Swiss law. The AI runs on open-weight models served by Infomaniak in their Swiss data centres — inspectable, never a black box, not a foreign big-tech AI platform — and the platform itself runs on infrastructure we manage ourselves. Dedicated and On-Premises editions take this even further, down to AI inference on your own hardware.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
No. LevantiqOne works on its own. If you do use Microsoft 365, connecting Outlook, SharePoint and Teams brings your mail, files and meeting transcripts into the same workspace — each user connects with their own Microsoft sign-in.
What’s the difference between Cloud and Dedicated?
Cloud runs your organisation on our shared, strictly isolated platform. Dedicated gives you your own stack — your own database and AI backend — plus High-Security Mode with per-organisation encryption at rest. Dedicated is CHF 80.– per month — CHF 60.– for your dedicated infrastructure plus CHF 20.– for AI access — plus a one-time installation fee.
How does the On-Premises edition work?
We install the complete platform on your infrastructure — including local GPU hardware for AI inference, from a compact NVIDIA DGX Spark to larger multi-GPU servers, so even AI processing stays inside your network. The pricing model: a one-time installation depending on your infrastructure, plus a per-user base fee like the Cloud edition — and AI usage is unlimited, because it runs on your own hardware. Scope and hardware are defined together in a short assessment.
Can the AI change my data without asking?
The assistant works on your data, but critical steps stay with you: todos extracted from meetings are proposals until you confirm them, big tasks pause for your plan approval, web access is off by default, and every AI action is traceable to the record it touched.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — the Cloud subscription is monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month. Your data belongs to you.
